Being Peace

A guided meditation by Peggy Ward and poem by Larry Ward recorded for Plum Village UK as part of The Being Peace Fundraiser launch which began a year of fundraising to support the aspiration for the first Plum Village Practice Centre in the UK.

Peggy and Larry Ward: partners in marriage and work, Doctors in academia; a PhD in Religious Studies with an emphasis on Buddhism and the neuroscience of meditation (Larry) and Adult Education and Counselling Psychology with doctoral research into Dreamwork (Peggy) and celebrated writers including a book written together 'Love's Garden: A Guide To Mindful Relationships'.

They are both teachers in the Plum Village tradition.
