Every day, Thich Man Tue (Brother Insight) practices the ancient art of qigong at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, New York. To share qigong meditation, he has set up a dedicated YouTube channel.

This short open arms practice (movement #2 of blood cleansing qigong) can be repeated 21 times. It will help you to cleanse blood by generating a smooth circulation flow inside the body.
