Every day, Thich Man Tue (Brother Insight) practices the ancient art of qigong at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, New York. To share qigong meditation, he has set up a dedicated YouTube channel.

This is a 15-minute qigong routine for stretching the whole body, and it will help you strengthen neck, back and shoulders, and improve your overall health. You can apply this routine in the morning or in the afternoon and combine it with other exercises in your daily practice.
