Every day, Thich Man Tue (Brother Insight) practices the ancient art of qigong at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, New York. To share qigong meditation, he has set up a dedicated YouTube channel.
This is a simple qigong daily routine (10 minutes only!) to alleviate anxiety, stress, and fear by calming your body. The video includes:
1. Shaking body and bouncing legs and toes
2. Horse stance meditating
3. Cleansing breath
