I find it really interesting listening to others talk about their inner practice 'on the cushion'. In the monastery, I’m one of the rare extroverts —Hello fellow meditating extroverts out there 👋 I see you! 😉🤗— So I guess that’s why I like talking about these things.
"For me whether I can be with the pain in myself and in the world depends on whether I can be with my breath or not. It depends on whether I can land into the present moment fully, with clarity, courage and tenderness. It’s the foundation of engagement and insight. "What’s your challenge in meditation at the moment? What’s been working for you lately? Or what has stopped working?
