Concentrating & Liberating Our Mind

In this short teaching video, Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh talks about the 11th and the 12th exercises from the Sutra on Mindful Breathing (Anapanasati Sutta) to concentrate and liberate the mind. ‘Mindfulness carries within herself the energy of concentration and, when we are concentrated, we discover the nature of what is there’, says Thay. Then he deepens this teaching by looking into the nature of suffering and explores further the insight of impermanence.
