Daily Qigong Massage Routine for Head, Brain, and Shoulders (10 minutes)

by Brother Man TueJanuary 12, 2022

Every day, Thich Man Tue (Brother Insight) practices the ancient art of qigong at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, New York. To share qigong meditation, he has set up a dedicated YouTube channel.

Practicing this qigong exercise will help you relax your head, brain and shoulders; release tension and stress from your head; refresh yourself for a good night's sleep. You can practice for 10 minutes during a break in your day or before going to bed. It is wonderful to take a break from the internet, computer or other devices to enjoy this exercise.
