The most precious gift we can offer to the person we love is our energy of understanding and love, two virtues that we can cultivate by being alone. Being alone doesn’t mean to isolate ourselves, but not to lose ourselves, to come home to ourselves and become the masters of our energy and not to get carried away. In order to become more solid and have access to concentration and insight, we are invited to open the door of mindfulness and live in full awareness.
