-------
Thay started this Dharma talk with the story of Sally Green, a famous swimming champion who decided to put her swimming career to an early end at the age of twenty. Through the story, Thay taught us the teaching of "Whatever you do, you have to enjoy doing it. Whatever you are, you have to enjoy being it," offered by the Buddha, and the various ways we can learn to do to stop running and going around in circles, and touch satisfaction, peace, and happiness in every moment of our daily life.
