How can I stop worrying
Easy.
If you breathe in mindfully and you put all your mind into your in breath, the worry will go away, right away.
Or if you know how to do walking meditation.
And if you put all your attention on making a step and enjoying this step, then there's no worry possible during that time.
Or when you play volleyball or basketball: if you put all your mind and body in play and enjoy the present moment, there's no worry possible.
And when you eat your breakfast, if you look deeply into your breakfast, enjoy your muesli, your yogurt, your bread and enjoy the presence of your fellow practitioners. Then there's no worry possible.
We need to be mindful, concentrated on what is going on and enjoy. And then the worry cannot do anything to us.
