In this excerpt of a Dharma talk given on July 16, 1995 in Lower Hamlet, Plum Village France, Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh teaches us the way to enjoy doing whatever we're doing through the story of former US swimming champion Sally Green who, according to Thay, had awakened at the age of 20 when she called it quits.
