How to Rest | Coming Home Qigong Routine (short teaching)

Knowing how to rest is an art, the art of loving your body. You love your body, but you don’t know how to relax, you don’t know how to be truly present for your body. Allow yourself to have time to massage body, to practice some simple movements, to lie down and rest. Allow yourself to breathe in and out in mindfulness, in a loving way, with peace and joy. Relaxing and resting helps with the healing process and boosts your energy levels faster.
