"Once when I was brushing my teeth, well, it dawned on me that I still had teeth to brush. Because one day I wouldn't have any teeth left. While brushing my teeth, I had a lot of happiness.
"When the toothbrush rubbed against the teeth inside and out, it generated such great happiness all because of the simple awareness that I still had teeth.
"Young Dharma siblings like Brother Pháp Cảnh, Sister Thuần Nghiêm, or Sister Định Nghiêm may never believe there will come the day when they become elderlies having bone loss in the jaw because all the teeth are gone.
"We always believe, 'It happens to someone else, not me!' We never believe it's the truth. But it is. " 'My teeth are of the nature to fall out. I cannot escape the falling out of my teeth.' "
