"We should know that Dharma talks on Buddhist teachings can make us heavier or lighter.

"If we learn by accumulating more knowledge, with each passing day, we will grow heavier and heavier. And that learning method is not usefully good.

"On the contrary, while learning, if we feel lighter and lighter every day, it means we're following the very path that the Buddha wants us to follow."
