Living in the World with Your Heart Undisturbed
In this talk, Dr. Larry Ward offers guidance on how to cultivate mindful consumption of the media. Asking the question: "How do we consume information in a way that nurtures our wellbeing?" What we watch, listen to, and read are nutriments just like the food we consume. Some wholesome, some unwholesome. With the practice of deep looking, we learn how to be engaged, not overwhelmed, with modern communications. When we are grounded in our practice, we can live in the world with our heart undisturbed by the world.
