Practices to Cross to the Other Shore

In this short teaching video, Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh teaches us about the Six Pāramitās, the practices to help us cross to the Other Shore, focusing on the following four paramitas: 

  • Mindfulness Trainings (śīla; 持戒)
  • Inclusiveness (kṣānti; 忍辱)
  • Meditation (dhyāna; 禪定)
  • Insight (prajñā ; 般若)
