"A practitioner should know how to handle their body because the body is also the foundation of countless sufferings and countless happinesses. The body gives rise to the feelings. For that reason, a practitioner should meditate on the body. Meditate on the body, know how to take care of the body, know how to handle the body. Practicing is not only just about the mind.
