Tension Release: Hands, Neck, and Shoulders (5 minutes)

Every day, Thich Man Tue (Brother Insight) practices the ancient art of qigong at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, New York. To share qigong meditation, he has set up a dedicated YouTube channel.

This is a 5-minute qigong massage for desk work. Practicing this qigong will help you to relax, and release tension in your hands, neck, and shoulders after long periods of desk work. It is wonderful to take a break from your computer and other gadgets to enjoy this exercise.
