"When I stand on this podium and I practice mindful movements, I do it not because I aim to achieve the goal of being healthy. I do it because while doing it, I can already have joy and happiness.
"While I practice these mindful movements, they are not a means to a desired end that I have in mind, such as to be more healthy. On the contrary, these mindful movements are the end themselves. It means, you immediately feel joy, happiness, peace, and security arising in you while practicing these mindful movements."
