Awareness

Being aware of the Earth is already an act of love, says Brother Phap Luu and by seeing within ourselves Mother Earth’s water, air and fire, we will touch something deep inside our own beings. Just by being fully present, taking time to stop and breathe, we deepen the awareness that the Earth is within us and we are the Earth.
