50 Minute Deep Relaxation

Bringing the mind back to our body, we are encouraged to not think about what comes next nor think about the past, but to embrace who we are in the present moment and just let the mind rest. In this total relaxation, we will bring the mind back to our body and allow ourselves to be still and bring mindfulness to every sensation. 

This relaxation does contain singing and the sound of the bell near the beginning.
