Orlaith O’Sullivan

Orlaith received the Lamp Transmission in 2025 in Plum Village. From Ireland, she has been practicing in the Plum Village tradition since 1998. Sitting in circle and listening to wisdom from across cultures is one of her deepest joys. She also loves gardening, poetry, art and writing.

Orlaith practices with children, teens and adults and loves creating practice pathways that meet us just where we are. She often works with teachers and schools, and supports research into how mindful living helps us to take care of ourselves, each other and the planet. Orlaith’s book on 'flower watering' - a Plum Village appreciation practice - ‘We Are All Flowers’ - is available from Parallax Press.
