Orlaith O’Sullivan

Orlaith received the Lamp Transmission in Plum Village in 2025. Originally from Ireland, she has been practising in the Plum Village tradition since 1998. Sitting in circle and listening to wisdom from across cultures is one of her deepest joys. She also loves gardening, poetry, art and writing.

Orlaith practises with children, teens and adults, and loves creating practice pathways that meet us just where we are. She often works with teachers and schools, and supports research into how mindful living can help us to take care of ourselves, each other and the planet. Orlaith’s book We Are All Flowers - inspired by the Plum Village appreciation practice of "flower watering" - is available from Parallax Press.
