2 Hour Deep Relaxation

Sister Hai Nghiem advises us to try this relaxation meditation in the evening before we fall asleep to let go of all effort and become aware of the presence of our whole body. As we rest in awareness, we say: feeling each of our cells become happier, I release the tension; feeling the softness, the lightness, the warmth of the air, I am in touch with space.
This relaxation does contain singing and the sound of the bell near the beginning and end.
