30 Minute Deep Relaxation

With a special focus on releasing the tension in the muscles around the head, neck and shoulders, this guided relaxation is an invitation to ground ourselves, connect deeply and let go of any strain that has lodged in our body whilst following our breath - our mind is the train and our breath is the track, says brother Phap Luu, so we want the train to maintain itself on the track for the whole length of the breath.
This relaxation does not contain singing or music, but does contain sounds of the small bell near the beginning and end.
