This body scan will help us pay attention to different areas of our body and will give us the opportunity to send love to all those areas that are working so hard for us to be where we are today. We will do that by following our inbreath and outbreath, by thanking those body parts for for bing there for us and by allowing them chance to rest.

This relaxation does contain singing and the sound of the bell near the beginning and end.
