5 Minute Peace & Compassion Meditation

In this guided relaxation, we are invited to cultivate peace and compassion towards our body. We will be sending our love and gratitude to our eyes, heart, lungs, hands and recognise them as miraculous gifts from the whole cosmos. We are invited to allow the energy of compassion in our body to stay with us throughout the day.

This relaxation does not contain music or singing, however contains sounds of the large bell throughout the practice.
