This meditation intends to make us aware but restful. We’re not thinking about the future or the past, we’re fully present, enjoying a restful and peaceful state of body and mind. We are aware of how wondrous it is to be alive, to be aware of our breath, and our body, to be aware of this planet, of the moon, of the sun, and all the planets.
This relaxation does contain singing and the sound of the bell periodically throughout the practice.
