Activate Arms, Hands, and Legs | 5-Minute Qigong Warm-up Routine

Every day, Thich Man Tue (Brother Insight) practices the ancient art of qigong at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, New York. To share qigong meditation, he has set up a dedicated YouTube channel.

You can repeat this short qigong routine 21 times or for five minutes every day. Practicing this qigong will help you generate a smooth blood circulation inside the body, prevent certain illnesses, calm mind and body.

There are 9 movements in this blood cleanse qigong:

1. Activate hands and legs

2. Open arms

3. Hands folded, body curving

4. Hands upward and backward

5. Slap knees

6. Two hands clap nape

7. Tap on top of head

8. Hands 'wash' ears

9. Flap soles
