In this guided meditation, we are invited to relax our whole body in awareness and listen to ourselves, to the sound of our breathing, to what brings us ease joy and relaxation. Sister Chanh Niem’s songs provide the soundtrack to this soothing journey in which we take refuge in our body, allowing the sensations we feel to change without holding on or pushing them away.
