In this full Dharma talk, Thay taught us to see the nature of interbeing between suffering and happiness. However, in order to do that, first of all, we need to know how to take care of ourselves the right way. Taking care of ourselves means taking care of the four domains of mindfulness.

Thay also said "When looking deeply, we see that happiness depends on our mind more than the outer circumstances. When something is happening to us, it's the way we look at it that determines whether it's happiness or suffering."

He then shared about "The Body World" exhibition the sangha got to visit on a tour in San Diego (USA), urging us not to take our being alive for granted, and the practice of recognizing non-afflictive states as "happiness" (pleasant feelings), instead of "nothing" (neutral feelings).
