Friends on the Path: A Conversation about the Practice | #12

by Jo-Ann RosenSeptember 28, 2022

When you practice mindfulness on your own, sometimes you can face challenges, especially when you are a beginner. That is why it is good to have experienced friends on the path, who, like monastics, can give you valuable guidance. This video intents to be such a guidance. It is a conversation between two long time practitioners who share about their personal experiences, their challenges ... and the rich fruits of the practice.

Every mindfulness practitioner is encouraged to find a sangha, a local community of practitioners. Because together with friends it is easier to practice. And at the same time more joyful. You can find a local sangha here.

We hope this video supports you in your practice at home, or with your sangha.

Enjoy your practice!
