Happiness Depends on the Way You Look At Things (EN subtitles)
This is a short teaching video excerpted from the Dharma talk "The Art of Transforming Suffering" given by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh on November 26, 2009 in the New Hamlet, Plum Village France.
-------
"The way you open the door, the way you walk through the door, the way you take each step to the Meditation Hall, all of these moments are happy or not, not because there's a door or because there's a meditation hall, not because there's a path from the door to the Meditation Hall, not because we have two feet, not because we have some moments to walk, but it's our way. It's our way of looking at that event."
