Qigong Massage Movements with Ten Fingers

Every day, Thich Man Tue (Brother Insight) practices the ancient art of qigong at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, New York. To share qigong meditation, he has set up a dedicated YouTube channel.

Practicing this qigong will help you to improve your health, strengthen internal organs, and prevent various illnesses. You can repeat each massage movement from 60 to 100 times. It takes 10 to 15 minutes a day to enjoy this exercise.
