Shaolin Qigong: Silent Daily Routine (15 minutes)

Every day, Thich Man Tue (Brother Insight) practices the ancient art of qigong at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, New York. To share qigong meditation, he has set up a dedicated YouTube channel.

This video includes: warm ups, 8 Shaolin qigong baduanjin movements, and massage movements. We can apply this routine during exercise time, in the morning or in the afternoon. Baduanjin is the complete set of qigong exercises. Practicing this set will help us balance energies, heal and prevent a lot of diseases, and make our body and mind happy and healthy.
