Evermind Media

Evermind Media is a collaboration between Dutch filmmaker Wouter Verhoeven and the Plum Village community, with the aim of bringing the teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh to wider audiences, through film and video.

Evermind Media has produced inspiring films such as Happy Teachers change the World, The Way Out and Rebel for Life, with focus on personal healing, education and earth activism. The films are available in various languages.

Besides documentary films, Evermind Media creates free videos about basic mindfulness practices, to support people in their practice at home, and in their sangha.

As of July 2025 Evermind Media is working on a documentary about the most senior monastic of the community, Sister Chân Không (True Emptiness). Sister Chân Không’s life story shows us that even in the face of great challenges and suffering, we can cultivate peace, freedom and happiness, for the benefit of ourselves and others.
