47 Minutes Deep Relaxation

This deep relaxation session starts with three sounds of the bell after which we slowly start to pay attention to different parts of our body and concentrate on our abdomen rising and falling, breathing from deep within it just like when we were in our mother’s womb. We relax. We don’t have to struggle anymore nor change anything as the breathe moves on different parts of our body.
This relaxation does contain singing and the sound of the bell near the beginning and end.
