This meditation, led by Br Phap Huu, invites us to be tender and loving to our body, identify and cultivate happiness before caring and not running away from a painful feeling :
"Breathing in, I am aware of a feeling, an emotion, that may be painful, may be unpleasant.
Breathing out, I smile to it, I am here for you. I guide it with my in-breath and out-breath.
Hello, my pain, I am here for you. No, we will not run away.
Just breathe with me, just be with me."
