When we spend a few hours with our computer, we might forget entirely that we have a body - our mind becomes totally caught up in what is happening on the screen and our body becomes tense. In this short practice, Brother Phap Luu helps us bring the mind home to our body by paying attention to the sensations in the body throughout the day in our work and use of computer, phones and other devices.
