This guided meditation provides simple body and mind practices when we are too carried away to just sit with what is arising. They are a simple set of awarenesses that can settle the nervous system enough to then access more complex meditations.
This meditation is part of a series guided by facilitators from EMRACE Sangha - exploring practices from the book Unshakeable by Dharma Teacher Jo-ann Rosen. These guided practices allow for nervous system regulation and encourage developing supportive resources to use on and off the cushion.
