Flower - Fresh

Starting with the awareness of the breath, Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh takes us on a four-step journey to freedom: first, we tap into our freshness, regaining our pure, child-like qualities (the flower element within us), then we are invited to take refuge into our solidity and stability (the mountain element within us), after which, by imagining ourselves as a lake of clear, limpid water, we gain stillness and call up the quality of reflection within us. In the end, we are invited to imagine ourselves as space, releasing and letting go of painful feelings, exploring the spaciousness in our body to attain freedom.
