#25 Meditating On Death: In this episode, Brother Phap Huu and Jo contemplate death and dying, looking at the teaching of the five remembrances and also the teaching of "no birth and no death". In loving memory of Thich Nhat Hanh, the pair discuss his teachings on continuation; what it means to continue his life and teachings, and what it means to "die well".
In this closing meditation, Brother Phap Huu invites us to contemplate these words:
''I'm aware that I am healthy now...and I want to live to nourish my wellness everyday...let us enjoy the simple things of life...I am of the nature to die...when death comes may I have a smile upon my face''.
