#25 Meditating On Death: In this episode Brother Phap Huu and Jo contemplate death and dying looking at teaching of the five remembrances and also teaching of 'no birth and no death'. In loving memory of Thich Nhat Hanh, the two talk about his teachings on 'continuation' what it means to continue his life and teachings, well and also what it means to 'die well'.
In the closing meditation Brother Phap Huu invites us to contemplate these teaching:
''I'm aware that I am healthy now and I want to live to nourish my wellness everyday...let us enjoy the simple things of life...I am also of the nature to die, when it comes may I have a smile upon my face''
