In this meditation, Thay invites us to nourish and celebrate the child within, to give her the opportunity to be listened and cared for in a gently way. In the same way, we get the chance to stay with the vulnerabilities and fragilities of our mother and father as five-year-old children. By connecting to the inner children within us and in our parents, we will create the opportunity for understanding and healing.
