Re-connecting with Mother Earth

In this meditation, Sister True Dedication reminds us that by returning to our body, we can get in touch with the joy to be alive. Through the practice of conscious breathing, we are invited to touch and transform the seeds of compassion, anxiety, loneliness in us and let Mother Earth to support and accept us as we are.


Aware of my whole body, I breathe in

Recognising the seed of compassion in me, I breathe in
