In this meditation, Sister True Dedication invites us to return to the body, so that we can get in touch with the joy of being alive. Through the practice of conscious breathing, we are encouraged to touch and transform seeds of anxiety and loneliness inside of us, and allow Mother Earth to support and accept us as we are.
