In this fourth aspect of Touching the Earth, we are invited to send our good energy - the vitality, strength, love and understanding of our ancestors and the great bodhisattvas- to those that we love.
Sister Chan Khong invites us to begin with our inner child who is alive inside of us. With our presence, and that of our lineage and spiritual family, they no longer need to suffer alone. We are then invited to extend our energy outwards - offering clarity, good health, love and understanding to our loved ones in need.
