In this final part of Touching the Earth, we are invited to connect to those who have caused us harm, so that we may send them our good energy.
We connect to the strength, love and deep understanding of our ancestors and the great bodhisattvas in order to neutralise hatred and wrong perception.
We touch the earth and pour these difficult emotions and misperceptions onto her, so that they can be embraced and transformed.
