#31 True Love: Practicing In A Relationship: In this episode, Brother Phap Huu and Jo talk True Love and how the teachings of Buddhism can support healthy relationships in our lives. They are joined this week by lay Buddhist practitioner and artist Paz Perlman; Paz and Jo have been married for 15 years. They discuss how making the Buddhist practice of "Beginning Anew" part of their daily life has nourished their relationship. This is a practice of looking deeply and honestly at ourselves and our relationships with others.
Brother Phap Huu discusses the same and other practices that support relationships in the monastic environment, and ends by offering this guided meditation:
"Breathing in and out, I smile, offering my body love and care".
