Walking Meditation

A staple practice of the Plum Village tradition, walking meditation can be a wonderful way of establishing calm in ourselves and getting nourished by Mother Earth. Listen to Thay guiding you through this practice and follow his advice about the coordination of the breath with the steps you make. Placing the focus on the contact between the soles of your feet and the ground will make you feel that walking is a way of “kissing the Earth with your feet”.
