#24 In this episode, Brother Phap Huu and Jo talk about how to find peace in ourselves and encourage peace in the world during times of war. Reflecting on Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh's life, who himself lived through a conflict – the Vietnam War – yet found a way to peace and became an activist for transformation, they share their own reflections on the current violence in Ukraine and other conflicts around the world. The episode ends with a chant on peace from Plum Village recited by Brother Phap Huu: "May I not be caught in extremes".
