Zen and the Art of Walking Meditation | Guided Practice Session
To help society and the planet, to really help with discerning insight—knowing what to do, and what not to do day after day—take steps in walking meditation. Learn to arrive into life in the present moment by cultivating Thich Nhat Hanh’s powerful technique of mindful walking, combining breath and steps with poetry and insight, experience firsthand that it can be possible to transform any short distance in your daily life into a moment of restoration and wisdom. Walking meditation is a skill that can sustain one’s ability to effectively engage to heal society and the planet.
This practice session is guided by Sister Hien Nghiem (True Dedication) and Brother Phap Huu and it builds on the CBD 2021 Summit about Thich Nhat Hanh’s book Zen and the Art of Saving the Planet.
